Founder & CEO

Derrick Kale

Derrick has 8 years of combined Asset/Brokerage experience coming from one of largest trucking company in the US. During that time he has managed more than 125 employees and multimillion dollar accounts with ownership of millions of dollars in equipment. He brings 3 years of logistical processes experience from a big box retail, as well as 4 years of leadership, managing execution, and problem solving from the U.S. military.

R. Vanamburgh III

Ronald has 15 years of business ownership/management experience. Most recently he has been running a construction company with 50 employees taking it from a $3 million company to a $7 million a year company by bringing strong leadership and development skills to create better efficiencies. When not working Ronald enjoys spending time with his family, friends, and dogs.

Mark Gonzalez

Mark has 6 years of combined Brokerage Operations, sales and account management experience coming from one of the largest trucking/ brokerage companies in the U.S. While also gaining experience in product flow and allocations from a thriving U.S. BBQ grilling company; During that time he has managed teams ranging from 5-30 personnel.

Bryant Martinez

Bryant has 11 years of Transportation Industry experience and a proven track record of managing high-performing teams. Expert in driving customer satisfaction, achieving revenue targets, and optimizing operational efficiencies. Possess strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to facilitate informed decision-making. Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and developing strategic initiatives to enhance the customer experience. Dedicated to fostering team growth and mentoring individuals to achieve their full potential.
